Hiring the Gateway Centre
The rooms for hire at the Gateway Centre are the main hall (13.3m x 8.2m) with or without the adjoining kitchen on the ground floor, and the meeting room downstairs (5.5m x 4.1m). Please contact Domenica Oatley (07736 045942 or domenica_wwjd@hotmail.com) to make bookings. Charges are under review, but are currently: Non-commercial rate Non-profit making organisations, including social enterprises and residents’ groups. Daytime Evening         (Mon-Fri up to 5.00pm)   (after 5.00pm, Sat, Sun)  Main hall  £10 £15 Kitchen  £6 £8 Meeting room  £5 £7 Commercial rate Businesses and governmental bodies including the Council and Police.  Daytime Evening         (Mon-Fri up to 5.00pm)   (after 5.00pm, Sat, Sun)  Main hall  £15 £20 Kitchen  £10 £10 Meeting room  £7 £10 Notes Minimum hire period is 2 hours. Fractions of an hour are charged as an hour. A deposit of £20 is required with the booking. Some or all of this will be retained if the event over- runs the end of the period booked, keys are not returned, or if extra cleaning is required after the booking.
